Pisent Masons advises Aire Ancient Baths on stake sale
Pinsent Masons has advised Aire Ancient Baths Group, a Spanish multinational in luxurious rituals, thermal baths and wellness centers, on the agreement through which Khemia joins its shareholding structure as a minority partner to support its international expansion plan. Khemia is an investment firm.
The agreement enables Aire to strengthen its capital structure and accelerate its International Strategic Growth Plan, which includes the progressive opening of new centers in new markets across Europe and North America. Founded in 2001, the company currently operates 10 centers in 9 cities and employs more than 1,100 professionals.
