Pinsent Masons reports €809.5M revenue in FY25

Pinsent Masons has announced its financial results for the year ending 30 April 2025 (FY25), posting revenue growth of 7.2% to €809.5 million.

Over the past year, the firm expanded its global presence with new offices in Riyadh and Shenzhen, welcomed 13 lateral hires, and promoted 24 lawyers to partner, reflecting its dual focus on strategic recruitment and developing internal talent. In line with its community commitment, Pinsent Masons also doubled the size of its global pro bono team, which in Spain operates in collaboration with the Fundación Pro Bono España.

Senior Partner Andrew Masraf commented: “In another year marked by challenging geopolitical conditions and growing regulatory divergence, our continued growth is a validation of our strategy. We have focused on increasing the agility of our offering, ensuring we can support clients wherever they need us most.”

Global Managing Partner Laura Cameron added: “Over the past twelve months, through our Clients & Markets Committee, we have strengthened client relationships, gained deeper insight into their strategic challenges, and supported them on their most significant projects. Our positive results confirm that our strategy is positioning us well for the next phase of international growth.”

The firm highlighted the role of innovation under the leadership of Tracey McDermott and Orlando Conetta, where multidisciplinary teams leverage global reach and sector expertise to deliver optimised solutions and internal efficiencies—both essential to sustaining growth.

In Spain, Madrid Office Managing Partner Francisco Aldavero noted: “I’m proud to highlight Spain’s importance in this year’s global results. Madrid plays a crucial role in the firm’s ongoing growth, and planned investment here reflects our strong commitment to Spain as a strategic hub. I’d like to congratulate our team for their continued involvement in significant market transactions across our key sectors: Energy, Private Equity, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Financial Services, Technology, and Healthcare.”
