Pinsent Masons advises on the acquisition of a majority stake in Técnicas San Jorge

Pinsent Masons has advised funds managed by Mediterrania Capital on the acquisition of a significant majority stake in Técnicas San Jorge, a company specializing in the provision of services and development of clean, sustainable and environmentally efficient agricultural solutions.

Técnicas San Jorge, based in Huelva, is a leader in the development of efficient greenhouses and hydroponic systems, installation of advanced irrigation systems and distribution of a wide range of agricultural supplies.

The team has been led by partner Francisco Aldavero together with Rocío García Nardiz from the M&A team. The Finance & Restructuring team, led by partner José Millán and Jesús Priego Luque, has also participated in the transaction.
