Pinsent Masons advises on Nexxus Iberia’s investment in Vivo Diagnostico

Pinsent Masons has advised Nexxus Iberia Private Equity Fund II, a leading player in the private equity sector, on the indirect acquisition of a majority stake in Vivo Diagnóstico, a Spanish leading group engaged in the management and operation of centres and mobile units specialized in image diagnosis by means of radiology and teleradiology techniques and genetic analysis services.

Vivo, which already performs more than 400,000 tests annually, will continue to expand in a growing market, driven by its integrated business model and network of more than 200 professionals. With the backing of Nexxus, the company will continue to focus on digitalization and innovation in the healthcare sector.

The firm corporate team was led by Francisco Aldavero Bernalte (Partner) together with Tatiana Fernández de Casadevante Aguirreche (Senior Associate), Juan Yago Hernández-Canut Cano and Alejandro Mas Deudero (Associates) and Luna Mora Crespo and Koldo González Morán (Trainees).
