Pinsent Masons has advised Nazca Capital on the acquisition of a majority stake in the Madrid-based cyber-defence company Ravenloop. The amount of the deal was not disclosed, but the firm indicated that it intends to drive the company’s growth through new acquisitions.
On the Pinsent Masons side, the team was led by Antonio Sánchez Montero, partner, together with Álvaro Estrada and Koldo González, both associates in the corporate team.
