Pilar París joins Araoz & Rueda

Araoz & Rueda has appointed Pilar París as a new partner in the firm’s Corporate and M&A department, to continue to boost the growth in this important area of the firm’s practice.

The profile

Pilar París, formerly Principal Associate at Deloitte Legal, has more than 15 years of experience advising on M&A national and cross-border transactions in all kind of sectors, being also specialised in start-up investments. J.D. from the Universidad de Sevilla and Master’s Degree in PROGESA-ESADE (Leadership and Management Programme for Executive Women), she has led the “Start me Up project” by Deloitte Legal, an initiative for the start-up sector she founded in 2016. Prior to joining Deloitte, París worked in the corporate and real estate departments at Cuatrecasas and Montero-Aramburu.

The addition

The landing of this new partner comes at a time when the firm is celebrating 30 years of history.
