PHI Industrial sells ITG to TJC: Advisors
EY Abogados and Tribeca Abogados have provided tax and legal advice, respectively, to PHI Industrial, owner of Lladró, in the agreement to sell the manufacturer of ceramic insulators for the energy industry Insulation Technology Group (ITG) to the US fund TJC.
The firms have advised throughout the sale process, including the preparation and coordination of the seller’s due diligence in all the countries involved, as well as the negotiation and preparation of the contractual documentation regulating the transaction by Tribeca and the tax advice on the transaction by EY Abogados.
