Pérez-Llorca incorporates Marta Núñez as a partner in the tax department
Pérez-Llorca has announced today the incorporation of Marta Núñez, former counsel at Deloitte Legal, an expert in VAT, as well as in taxation of the energy sector and environmental taxation.
She joins Pérez-Llorca’s Tax team, which until now consisted of 6 partners and more than 30 lawyers, and will work in coordination with the rest of the Firm’s transactional teams and opens up an area in which specialisation is essential.

Núñez has worked with the main national and international business groups on projects of different nature, from the preparation of reports relating to the VAT taxation of the business of these companies and their value chain, or the impact on them of regulatory, doctrinal and jurisprudential changes, to participation in M&A operations and tax advice on taxes arising in the areas of Energy and the Environment.
A graduate in Law and Business Management and Administration from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, she complemented her studies with a Master’s Degree in Taxation from the Centro de Estudios Garrigues, as well as a Master’s Degree in International Trade from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
