Pérez-Llorca in Luksic sisters’ acquisition of La Cartuja Pickman
Pérez-Llorca has acted as legal advisor in the acquisition of La Cartuja Pickman by the Luksic sisters, prominent members of Chile’s leading business family. The transaction marks a significant transfer of ownership of the historic Sevillian ceramics firm into international hands.
The legal team from Pérez-Llorca was composed of partners Julio Parrilla, José Ramón Vizcaíno and Iván Gayarre, who advised on the acquisition process.
