Pérez-Llorca and Fundación MAPFRE launch Legal Guide for the Third Sector

Pérez-Llorca, in collaboration with Fundación MAPFRE, has unveiled “Aproximación Jurídica al Tercer Sector”, the first comprehensive legal publication dedicated to the Third Sector. The book, created by a multidisciplinary team of 20 lawyers from Pérez-Llorca, provides practical insights into the key legal challenges faced by Spain’s 28,000 nonprofit entities.

The guide covers a wide range of topics, from compliance with regulations and interactions with public administrations to technical areas like taxation, data protection, anti-money laundering, and environmental impact. By addressing these issues, the publication aims to support nonprofits in fulfilling their obligations and maximizing their societal impact.

A Collaborative Effort for Social Good
During the launch event, Pérez-Llorca COO Constanza Vergara and CSR Director Isabel Jiménez highlighted the unique nature of this initiative. Developed pro bono, the book seeks to strengthen the operational capacity of Third Sector organizations, helping them enhance their positive impact on society.
