Pérez-Llorca advises Tikehau Capital on the acquisition of Juan Navarro García

Tikehau Capital, a global alternative asset management group, has acquired a controlling stake in Juan Navarro García, a leading company in the processing and distribution of paprika and oleoresins, internationally recognized for the quality, safety and traceability of its products. Queka Real Partners and JNG’s management team will invest alongside Tikehau Capital in the transaction to continue supporting the company’s growth and international development.

The alternative asset management group reinforces its commitment to regenerative agriculture with the second investment of its private equity strategy.

The investment will be made through Tikehau Capital’s private equity strategy dedicated to regenerative agriculture. Developed in partnership with Unilever and AXA, the strategy aims to accelerate the paradigm shift towards a more resilient and sustainable agri-food sector by supporting leading companies that help preserve natural resources and prioritize sustainability.

The team involved consisted of the partners: Pablo González Mosqueira (Corporate), Norma Peña (Tax), Ildefonso Arenas (Banking and Finance) and Isabel Moya (Labor). In turn, by the associates: Santiago Maldonado, Jaime Trillo, Ignacio Mozo, Isabel Rodríguez, Beatrice Lapi, Sergi Aguilar and Eva Láuzara.
