Pérez-Llorca and WFW advise on the alliance between Velto and Kenergy to develop a 1GW PV project
Pérez-Llorca and WFW have advised on the alliance between Velto Renewables, an independent renewable energy producer, in its alliance with Kenergy, a Spanish developer with activities in Europe and Latin America, to secure the growth of a 1 GW portfolio of solar PV projects in Spain

Both companies will work together in the development of solar energy projects currently in the initial phase, incorporating best practices and solutions to optimize their environmental, social and technological characteristics.
With this operation, Velto Renewables takes a further step towards its consolidation as a European independent power producer (IPP). In recent years, its management activities have evolved from solar energy in Spain to offshore wind in the United Kingdom.
Pérez-Llorca team has has been formed by Javier Carvajal, corporate partner, Ana Cremades, regulatory partner, Macarena Maza, corporate lawyer, Noemi Marqués de Magallanes, corporate lawyer, Ignacio Carnero, corporate lawyer, Juan Villalonga, corporate lawyer and Cristina García Ibáñez, regulatory lawyer.

The WFW team has advised Kenergy with a team formed by managing partner María Pilar García Guijarro, together with senior associate Javier Ruffín, and associates Cecilia Osorio, Pablo Manchado and Sonia Camps.
