Pérez-Llorca advises on the acquisition of a controlling stake in ALA

Pérez-Llorca has advised H.I.G. Capital on the Spanish-law aspects of its agreement to acquire a controlling stake in ALA, a leading Italian provider of logistics and engineering services for the aerospace and defense sectors. The stake is currently held by AIP Italia, and the acquisition will be carried out through a Bidco structure.

ALA, listed on the Italian Stock Exchange, is a prominent operator in the integrated logistics and components distribution market, with a strong presence in both the civil and military aeronautical and aerospace industries. H.I.G. Capital is a global private equity investment firm with $69 billion of capital under management. The completion of the proposed acquisition remains subject to customary conditions precedent.
