Pérez-Llorca Advises Nazca on Global Factor’s Acquisition

The Spanish private equity firm investing in unlisted Spanish SMEs Nazca Capital has acquired approximately a 45% stake in Global Factor. Founded in 2004 and based in Bilbao, the company provides sustainability consultancy services, specialising in the environment, climate change and energy, as well as intermediation in the carbon and environmental markets.

The transaction was supported by the launch of Nazca Small Cap II, a fund that allocated around 20 million euros for the deal.

Pérez-Llorca has advised Nazca on the acquisition of Global Factor. The team was led by partner Carmen Reyna and included lawyers Gonzalo Sánchez-Quiñones, Guillermo Giménez, Fernando Guerra, and Eugenio Marín.
