Pérez-Llorca advises Hotei on €105M hotel sale
Pérez-Llorca has advised Hotei Properties Group on the sale of a five-star hotel located in Madrid for a total price of €105 million. The property, currently operated under a lease agreement by Nômade Group, comprises 93 rooms, a restaurant, a bar and a wellness area. Chevez advised Bacares, the buyer in the transaction.
Deal details
The Pérez-Llorca team covered all legal aspects of the transaction on behalf of Hotei Properties Group, including corporate matters such as the adoption of corporate resolutions and the execution of public deeds, as well as the negotiation of the sale and purchase deed for the hotel.
