Pérez-Llorca has advised HBX Group on the M&A, financing, and intellectual property (IP) legal aspects related to the establishment and launch of The Luxurist, the world’s first fully integrated luxury travel ecosystem.

The Luxurist is designed to redefine the B2B luxury travel market by leveraging cutting-edge travel technology. Currently operational in the U.S. and set to expand into Europe, the platform seamlessly connects top-tier travel advisors with the world’s most extraordinary hospitality properties.

A Game-Changer in the Luxury Travel Market

The luxury travel sector has seen unprecedented growth in recent years. According to a McKinsey tourism report, luxury travel was a $239 billion industry in 2023, with projections reaching $391 billion by 2028. The platform provides a white-glove, AI-enhanced travel planning experience, removing friction and fragmentation from the booking process.

Backed by HBX Group, The Luxurist launches with an impressive portfolio of 3,300+ world-class properties across 141 countries, presented under La Collection.
