Pérez-Llorca advises Bending Spoons on Issuu buy
Pérez-Llorca in Portugal has provided legal counsel for the recent acquisition of the digital platform Issuu by Bending Spoons. Founded in 2006, Issuu allows the publication, sharing, and reading of content from magazines, newspapers, catalogs, portfolios, and other types of digital publications. Bending Spoons is an Italian startup, founded in 2013, specializing in the development of mobile applications, digital tools, and software such as Evernote, Meetup, Remini, StreamYard, and Splice.
