Pérez-Llorca advised AESC on land acquisition
Pérez-Llorca advised AESC Battery Spain on the acquisition from Fomento Extremeño de Infraestructuras Industriales of the freehold ownership of a plot of land in the municipality of Navalmoral de la Mata.
The acquisition is intended for the development and construction of a new factory dedicated to sustainable industrial activities, including the production of electric batteries or energy storage systems, energy cells and technology applicable to electric batteries or energy cells, as well as related products and services.
