Pbbr and CMS Portugal on Vizta’s land acquisition in Areeiro
Vizta has acquired a plot of land in Areeiro from Anidaport (BBVA Group’s real estate company) for the development of a residential project with 7,921 sq m of above-ground gross floor area, on a site of approximately 1,400 sq m. Vizta was advised by Pbbr, while CMS Portugal acted for Anidaport. The asset is located a few metres from Praça Francisco Sá Carneiro, in the heart of Areeiro, and benefiting from excellent accessibility.
Vizta’s legal advice was provided by the law firm Pbbr, with the participation of the partners from the real estate team, Teresa Freire and Inês Carrilho, the partner from the urban planning team, Tânia Ferreira Osório, and the associates Joana Sousa Martins, Joana Magalhães Silva, and Sandra Lobo Nunes.
Anidaport’s legal advice was provided by the real estate team at CMS Portugal, led by partner José Manuel Silva Nunes, with the participation of urban planning partner Sara de Almeida Barroso, associates Inês Soares de Melo and Inês Machado da Silva, and trainee Catarina Almeida Ribeiro.
