Pavia e Ansaldo strengthens Tax and Data Protection

Pavia e Ansaldo has announced the incorporation of two new of counsel to strengthen its Tax and Data Protection areas

Pavia e AnsaldoPavia e Ansaldo has announced the incorporation of lawyers Enrique Rebés Félix and Begoña Cendoya Iriondo, as of counsel, to strengthen the areas of Tax and Data Protection.

Rebés Félix (pictured left) has experience in providing Tax advice to domestic and international clients, individuals and groups. He is also an associate professor of Tax Law at the University of Barcelona, secretary of the international Law section of the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB) and a member of the Tax Law section of the Barcelona Bar Association, as well as a member of the Spanish Association of Tax Advisors.

Cendoya Iriondo (pictured right) will assist clients on Data Protection issues and specialises in Intellectual Property, Privacy, Data Protection and ICT Law.  She holds a degree in Economic Law from the University of Deusto, a Master’s Degree in Business Law from the Garrigues Study Centre and in Intellectual Property and the Information Society from ESADE Business School. The lawyer also completed specialisation courses in compliance from the International University of Catalonia and in data protection, unfair competition and advertising from the Barcelona Bar AssociatioN. She is an associate professor at EADA Business School and a member of the Spanish Professional Privacy Association (APEP).
