Pavia e Ansaldo advises Trenitalia
The Italian law firm advised the group in its incorporation to the ILSA consortium, in reference to the bidding for the selection of the high-speed rail operator in Spain
Trenitalia, the Italian public company, is the industrial partner of ILSA which, and together with Air Nostrum, will compete for the Ave. This consortium, along with the French public railway company SNCF and Renfe have been awarded the three service packages in the main AVE corridors, which will open up competition for the first time to passenger transport by rail from December 2020.
The team from Pavia e Ansaldo included partners Nico Moravia and Daniele Carminati and counsel Alessandra Grandoni. They had the support of the Barcelona office coordinated by the partner Meritxell Roca Ortega (pictured).
