Pavia e Ansaldo advises Threestones on the acquisition of its twentieth care home in Spain
Pavia e Ansaldo has advised Luxembourg-based fund manager Threestones Capital Management on the acquisition of the Ntra. Sra. del Socorro Care Home, located in Miguel Esteban, in the province of Toledo.
With this acquisition, Threestones brings its Spanish portfolio to a total of twenty care homes, continuing its national expansion strategy initiated in 2018.
Threestones Capital Management is an asset management company specialized in real estate, regulated by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) in Luxembourg, and operating under the framework of European financial regulations.
The firm provided comprehensive legal advice on all aspects of the transaction. The team was composed of partner Meritxell Roca Ortega, senior associate Javier Vicente, and associate Adriano Belloni.
