Pares Advises on Airbus–Sevenair pilot training partnership
Pares Advogados has advised the establishment of a partnership agreement between Airbus Flight Academy and Sevenair Academy, a pilot training organisation located in Ponte de Sôr. The partnership aims to recognise Sevenair Academy as the only pilot school in Europe with a specific Airbus CBTA (Competency-Based Training and Assessment) program, preparing the next generation of aviation professionals to the industry standards.
The agreement offers a comprehensive training program designed to train cadets with no prior flight experience through all stages of training until they become licensed pilots. It is estimated that over the next 20 years, 633,000 new pilots will be needed worldwide, of which 119,000 will be in Europe alone.
