Paloma Pérez de León joins Ceca Magán as Corporate Partner
Ceca Magán Abogados has made a significant move to strengthen its Corporate Law department with the addition of a new team led by Paloma Pérez de León, a founding partner of Dikei Abogados and a seasoned expert in corporate governance and M&A transactions.
A graduate in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid, Pérez de León brings extensive experience advising national and international clients on complex mergers and acquisitions, family business protocols, and corporate governance structures. She has also served as secretary to the board of directors in companies across sectors such as technology, insurance, and finance.
Her practice includes a strong focus on resolving corporate conflicts—whether through consensus or by asserting stable majority decisions—making her a key strategic asset for Ceca Magán’s business law offering.
Joining her at the firm are Cristina Martín and Pilar Monteagudo, who will both serve as Directors within the department, along with paralegal María José Pérez, completing the team’s transition from Dikei Abogados.
The move reflects the firm’s continued commitment to expanding its expertise and leadership in the Spanish legal market, particularly in high-stakes corporate matters and boardroom advisory.
