Pablo de la Viña Muhlack, Zelsior’s new CEO

Zelsior, a legaltech company specialized in legal services in the field of integral debt recovery, has incorporated Pablo de la Viña Muhlack as new CEO. In this way, de la Viña will lead the company to continue advancing in its expansion strategy, after the recent change of image and renewal of corporate identity under the Zelsior brand, as a symbol of the culmination of the full integration of the companies Atlante and Proinvest.

De la Viña Muhlack has extensive experience in collections strategy and analysis, having held key positions in well-known financial and banking institutions (Link Finanzas, Savia Asset and Citibank). Throughout his 20+ year career, he has successfully led teams in the implementation of solutions for the optimization of debt recovery processes, contributing significantly to the growth and efficiency of the organizations in which he has worked.

His appointment coincides with the company’s tenth anniversary year, “a milestone that reflects ten years of growth, innovation and commitment in the debt recovery industry,” the firm said in a statement.

Founded in 2015, Zelsior has become a leading company in the field of procedural management services and Legaltech in Spain. The company combines proprietary technology based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning as a strategic tool to automate processes. The firm offers 360º legal services in the field of credit management thanks to the application of its own advanced technology (Lyra software) that allows the management and automation of massive procedures and the optimization of resources through AI applied to the legal field, “transforming bureaucratic slowness into an agile service within everyone’s reach”, explained in a statement.

The recent integration of Atlante and Proinvest has meant the consolidation of all the productive areas and teams, as well as the complete homogenization of its services, boosting the operational efficiency of the Group through the centralization and reorganization of the support and management structure, maintaining its two headquarters in strategic locations such as Madrid and Barcelona. Currently, the company has more than 200 employees, and receives more than 18,000 judicial notifications per day. Zelsior, closed its turnover in 2024 with an increase of 15.72% over the previous year.
