P3 Logistic Parks has announced the acquisition of a logistics portfolio in Getafe (Madrid), following the closing of the deal with Aberdeen, for approximately €146 million.
Additionally, the portfolio comprises a gross leasable area (GLA) of 122,000 m², including eight logistics warehouses and a multi-level parking facility for electric vehicles. The assets are divided into four phases and include nine buildings, all of which are recently built and meet high technical standards.
The complex is located in the Los Gavilanes logistics park, within Madrid’s first logistics ring, just 17 km from the city centre, with direct access to the A-4 and M-50 highways, offering excellent connectivity. Furthermore, the occupancy rate is very high, with active lease agreements in place with major tenants such as Amazon, Carrefour, and MCR Info Electronic.
With this acquisition, P3 expands its Spanish portfolio to 36 logistics assets, reaching a total GLA of 994,000 m². In addition, it maintains 43,000 m² under construction and 285,000 m² of landbank for future development. The company has also announced new projects in Manresa, Reus, Zigoitia, and Abrera, reinforcing its strategic commitment to the Spanish market.
