Oxital Aguas advised by Baker McKenzie on Aquarbe deal

Baker McKenzie acted for water company Oxital Aguas on its acquisition by Aquarbe.

The deal means that Aquarbe is now the main water supplier in the Spanish autonomous region of Cantabria.

The transaction was valued at €6 million, according to Mergermarket.

Aquarbe’s services include water catchment, as well as drinking water treatment, transport and distribution for human consumption. The company also offers sewerage and wastewater treatment services.
