Osborne Clarke represents Cabify in victorious Madrid taxi federation case

Osborne Clarke defended transport company Cabify in its dispute with the Madrid Professional Taxi Federation.

 

In its lawsuit against Cabify, the federation made allegations regarding unfair competition and breach of transport regulations.

But Madrid Commercial Court number 12 dismissed the claims and ruled that Cabify has the necessary authorisations and licenses to operate and does not violate transport laws.

The Osborne Clarke team included partner Rafael Montejo and senior associate Laura Martín.
