Victoria Bobo
With extensive experience in all types of financing transactions, Bobo regularly advises private equity funds, financial institutions and corporates on complex transactions with a strong international component.
The new counsel joins the firm to strengthen and enhance a rapidly expanding practice in the Spanish market. She holds a degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM) and is a member of the Women in a Legal World (WLW) organisation.
Her integration into Osborne Clarke’s financial law team, led by partner Eduard Arruga, will help to boost the firm’s banking and finance practice. In the words of Arruga: ‘Victoria’s incorporation into the firm in Spain is a very important and necessary step for us. We have experienced strong growth in our business volume in recent years in complex international financing transactions, acquisition projects and corporate financing, and Victoria brings great value and experience to this type of transaction.’
