Serveo, a company owned by the investment fund Portobello Capital and a leader in the management of efficient and sustainable services that drive the growth and development of its clients, has acquired the productive unit of the maintenance business of the Navec Group in Catalonia and southern Spain.
As a result, Serveo continues to increase its perimeter and adds new capabilities in specialized activities.
