Ontier launches NextGen
Ontier has launched Ontier NextGen, a new practice led by Ignacio Arce Orejas —a corporate and M&A specialist— focused on advising family businesses, startups, and the venture capital ecosystem, with the goal of supporting both current business leaders and the next generations in their growth, succession, and innovation processes.
Cristina Camarero, managing partner of Ontier Spain, highlights that “NextGen represents our understanding of the future of family businesses: accompanying, listening to, and building with the new generations. It is a commitment to sustainable growth and to the talent that ensures the continuity of business projects.”

The area will address key issues such as succession planning, the professionalization of governing bodies, corporate and tax reorganizations, and the promotion of innovation, philanthropy, and corporate venturing initiatives.
As Arce explains, “with Ontier NextGen, we want to stand alongside the business families who manage their businesses today and help the next generations find their place in them. It is a project that connects tradition and the future, family business and entrepreneurship.”
NextGen will have a multidisciplinary team made up of specialists in the areas of corporate, tax, wealth, corporate governance, and family business law, with the aim of offering solutions that “ensure harmony, continuity, and sustainable growth for family organizations,” the firm explained in a statement.
