Ontier España advises on the sale of Wemob to Alerce Group
Ontier has advised a group of sellers owning 100% of the share capital of Wemob in the sale of Wemob to the Alerce Group.
Alerce is majority owned by the private equity fund Oakley Capital and is part of the growth plan that this fund is implementing in the Alerce Group. Wemob is a leading provider of SaaS telematics and fleet management solutions in the Iberian Peninsula. The transaction has also involved the reinvestment of the selling partners in the share capital of the Alerce group.
