Ontier advises on data centers project financing
Ontier España has advised EBN Banco de Negocios on structuring and financing a corporate loan to Ingenostrum, to partially fund the development of a 200 MW data center project in Badajoz.
The financing transaction (one of the first financing in connection with Data Centers in Spain) is structured under European Union support under the InvestEU State Compartment within the Autonomous Resilience Fund, within the Guarantee Agreement entered into between EBN and the European Investment Fund in 2025.
Ontier advisd on all legal aspects, including structuring and negotiation of the financing, drafting of the shareholders support agreement and drafting of security packages under Spanish law.
