Ontier advises Kimun on the acquisition of Grupo Agorastur
Ontier has advised Kimun Grupo Unendo on the acquisition of a controlling stake in Grupo Agorastur and its subsidiary Agoraleon, in a transaction that strengthens its position in the vocational training and private education sector. “The deal ensures the continuity of the project and of Agorastur’s founding team, a benchmark group in the education field with a strong presence in northern Spain”, states Ontier.
The legal advice was led by the Corporate and M&A team of Ontier Norte, composed of Ignacio Arce, Pelayo García-Bernardo and Laura Zaldívar, with the participation of Ignacio Esmorís, legal and business director at Ontier. The transaction took place within the framework of the recently launched Ontier NextGen initiative, focused, among other objectives, on supporting growth, succession and generational transition processes in family-owned companies.
