Ontier advises Celtis Venture on its first investment in Spain
Ontier has advised Celtis Venture Partners on its first transaction in Spain, supporting its entry into the national market through its investment in Ibancar.
Ibancar is a fintech company operating a fully digital, asset-backed lending model that enables individuals to access personal credit secured by their vehicles while retaining full use of them.
The legal advisory team was integrated by Ignacio Arce Orejas (head of Ontier NextGen and head of corporate and M&A of Ontier Spain—North), Pelayo García-Bernardo Albornoz (counsel), Daniel Rodríguez Ruiz de Villa (counsel), and Laura Zaldívar Lobato (lawyer).
