Ontier advises Benbros Energy on 75% stake sale

Ontier has advised Benbros Energy and other investors on the sale of 75% of the share capital of Benbros DC to Iridium Concesiones de Infraestructuras, a company belonging to the ACS Group. The transaction also includes the signing of an investment and shareholders’ agreement for the development and construction of a data center in La Puebla de Alfindén (Zaragoza), with an initial capacity of 150 MW.

This deal strengthens Iridium’s position in the digital infrastructure sector and marks a key milestone in the advancement of large-scale tech projects in Spain.

The Ontier team leading the transaction was composed of partners Pablo Enrile Mora-Figueroa and Lucía González Fernández, and senior associate Mariana Lloveras Sauras (all pictured from left to right).
