Olleros Abogados confirms merger with Andersen Tax & Legal

Spanish law firm Olleros Abogados has confirmed it will become a member firm of Andersen Global.

Olleros, which has offices in Madrid and Valencia, will now operate as Andersen Tax & Legal.

An Andersen statement said the firm would combine forces with Andersen Tax & Legal’s existing Barcelona team “with whom they already share a close relationship”. Together, they will operate as Andersen Tax & Legal in Spain.

Olleros Abogados has nearly 160 professionals, and in 2016 the firm  increased both turnover and headcount by 20 per cent, the statement said.

The addition of the Olleros offices in Madrid and Valencia means Andersen Tax & Legal now has more than 1,800 professionals and a presence in 59 locations worldwide.
