Oleart Abogados merges with Sánchez & Vidal-Abarca
Oleart Abogados has merged with Sánchez & Vidal-Abarca after years of collaboration. As a result of this agreement, the firm specialised in labour law incorporates the firm specialised in commercial and procedural law to continue expanding its range of legal services.
Oleart Abogados was founded by Javier Pérez (pictured centre) and Ricardo Oleart (pictured left) in 2010. Since the merger, the team has grown to more than 20 professionals, including the former president of the Constitutional Court, Francisco Pérez de los Cobos, who joined Oleart in 2019 as ‘of counsel’.
“We have developed a fruitful alliance with Sánchez & Vidal-Abarca since 2016, and we have finally decided to integrate their lawyers specialising in insolvency, commercial, civil and litigation law into our team,” says the firm’s co-founding partner, Ricardo Oleart.
On the other hand, the partner of Sánchez & Vidal-Abarca, Gabriel Sánchez (pictured right), assures that through this integration the clients of both firms will receive a comprehensive value proposition and high-level legal services.
