O&C and Garrigues on Pangram Capital’s investment in Grupo InCom

Pangram Capital Partners II, a vehicle managed by Quadriga Asset Managers, has acquired a stake in Grupo InCom, a multinational company specialising in the engineering, design and manufacture of components for the wind energy industry, where it acts as a strategic supplier to leading OEMs. Ortego y Cameno Abogados (O&C) advised Pangram Capital Partners on the transaction, while Grupo InCom was advised by Garrigues.

Following Pangram’s investment, Grupo InCom will implement a business plan focused on international expansion, increased production capacity and the automation of manufacturing processes, with the aim of strengthening both profitability and its financial structure.

O&C’s team was led by partner Luis Ortego Castañeda, head of the corporate and M&A area, and included Manuel Sánchez Huerta and Pablo González Ramos, corporate and M&A lawyers (all pictured from left to right).
