O&C and Cuatrecasas on Prudenzia Broker Group financing by Talde
Prudenzia Broker Group, a digital consolidation platform for insurance brokerages backed by private equity fund Pangram Capital Partners, has completed a financing provided by debt fund Talde. Ortego & Cameno advised Prudenzia Broker Group, while Cuatrecasas acted as legal adviser to Talde Deuda Alternativa II Filpe.
The transaction is designed to support the group’s inorganic growth strategy, funding the execution of its build-up plan, the completion of acquisitions, and continued investment in technological capabilities. Prudenzia Broker Group operates in the Spanish insurance brokerage sector, seeking to consolidate the market by incorporating new brokerages into its platform.
