O&C advises Pedri on Hotel Villa de Barajas acquisition
Pedrineta, an investment vehicle linked to FC Barcelona professional footballer Pedri, has completed the acquisition of Hotel Villa de Barajas. Ortego & Cameno advised Pedrineta throughout all phases of the transaction. The acquired company’s principal asset is a four-star hotel located in Madrid.
The acquisition allows Pedrineta to expand its investment portfolio and to capture both recurring corporate demand and international flows linked to business travel, trade fairs and conferences, in one of the hotel markets in Southern Europe, states the law firm.
