O&C advises B2group on triple acquisition of Iparcom companies
Ortego & Cameno has advised B2group on the acquisition of three companies forming part of Grupo Iparcom, in a transaction backed by private equity fund Queka Real Partners.
The deal involved the coordinated acquisition of businesses operating across telecommunications, IT and digital marketing, adding a layer of complexity in terms of structure and execution.
O&C supported B2group throughout the process, including due diligence, negotiation and closing, ensuring alignment across the three targets.
