Novo Banco advised by Cuatrecasas on €190m GNB Vida sale

Cuatrecasas is advising Novo Banco on the sale of life insurance procider GNB Vida to Global Bankers Insurance Group.

 

The deal, which is valued at €190 million, includes a 20-year life insurance products distribution agreement between Novo Banco and GNB Vida.

Completion of the deal is dependent on regulatory authorisation.
