Norgestion advises on the acquisition of Distrito K by TeamSystem
Norgestion has advised on the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Distrito K by TeamSystem, a leading technology company in the development of business management solutions for SMEs and professionals. With this transaction TeamSystem accelerates its growth in the Spanish market.
With this transaction, the company -which has invested more than €180m in the country since 2021- consolidates its offer in the market of software solutions for SMEs and professionals. It already has a strong presence in Spain thanks to the acquisitions of Software Del Sol, Billin, Acumbamail, Aplifisa and Asesor Excelente. The transaction also allows TeamSystem to enter the mid-market segment and strategically strengthen its presence in the north of the country.
Distrito K is a leading provider of ERP solutions for SMEs with an expected turnover of 8.5 million euros in 2024, which would represent a 100% increase in the period 2020-2024. Founded in La Coruña in 1997, Distrito K has almost 30 years of experience in the sector, providing services to 3,600 medium-sized companies that rely on its business management software. The company has developed internally a broad portfolio of both horizontal and vertical solutions covering a wide range of industries in the Spanish market.
