Nexxus Iberia acquires Creaciones Marsanz and Transtual: Advisors

Pinsent Masons and Garrido have advised on the indirect acquisition of a majority stake in the share capital of Creaciones Marsanz and Transtual. Pinsent Masons and EY Abogados have advised Nexxus Iberia Private Equity Fund II, a leading player in the private equity sector and Garrido has advised Creaciones Marsanz and Transtual.

Creaciones Marsanz and Transtual are two leading companies in the manufacture of commercial equipment, with more than 50 years of experience in the market. Creaciones Marsanz, last year, had a turnover of 33 million euros and markets its products mainly in Spain, but with a growing international presence, especially in Europe.

This is the first acquisition of its second fund, Nexxus Iberia Private Equity Fund II, after raising 241 million euros.
