New tax-focused law firm in Portugal: Spear Legal
Tax lawyer António Gaspar Schwalbach has founded Spear Legal, a new Lisbon-based law firm specialising in tax advisory and litigation. According to its founder, the law firm aims to stand out for being “AI-native,” integrating advanced artificial intelligence solutions from the outset to enhance efficiency and the quality of legal services. Schwalbach left Pares Advogados, where he was a partner, in October to start his own new venture.
Spear Legal begins its activity with a focus on tax matters, positioning itself as a “partner for companies, family groups and foreign investors, with a strong emphasis on excellence, innovation and adaptability. The firm’s name and symbol reflect values of precision, strength and results-driven impact, encapsulated in the motto ‘Adapt.Ability'”, states the new law firm.
