New hire boosts SRS Legal’s criminal and regulatory team
SRS Legal has hired Rafaela Oliveira as an associate for its new criminal and regulatory law department. She joins from Abreu Advogados. With experience in legal advisory and a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, Rafaela Oliveira has built her career in the areas of criminal law, regulatory law, and compliance. Between April and September 2023, as part of a secondment program, she joined the legal department of the Divino Espírito Santo Hospital in Ponta Delgada. She began her career at Sousa Machado, Ferreira da Costa & Associados, and later joined Abreu.
She has a diverse background in further legal training, including the Misdemeanour Law Course at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra and the Milestones of EU Criminal Law for Defence Lawyers program by the Academy of European Law, held in Barcelona.
