New criminal and cybersecurity department at Monereo Meyer
Monereo Meyer Abogados has launched a new criminal and cybersecurity department, headed by Marta Arroyo Vázquez (pictured right), a lawyer specialised in economic criminal law, and Rodrigo López Crespo (pictured left), a lawyer specialised in new technology law.
The aim of this new area will be to offer criminal advice, judicial intervention, diagnostic reports, training and anti-incident policies, as well as review and drafting of contractual clauses for employees, managers and suppliers, advice and defence from the preliminary stage of the offence, data protection and crisis management. In this way, it will be possible to have a complete picture of a company’s situation and offer a solution.
