Net Craman and On Tax & Legal advise on Mango’s investment in The Post Fiber
Net Craman Abogados and On Tax & Legal have participated in the investment transaction by Mango in The Post Fiber, a leading Catalan company specialised in textile recycling, the revaluation of fibers, and the development of sustainable industrial applications. The transaction, carried out through Mango Startup Studio, the fashion company’s start-up accelerator, reinforces Mango’s commitment to sustainability, the circular economy, and innovation in the textile industry.
This strategic investment marks Mango’s entry as a partner in The Post Fiber, a company owned by a group of industrial and social partners, including Innovació Mataró Tèxtil, Formació i Treball Empresa d’Inserció, Proyectos e Ingeniería Textil, Textil Santanderina, as well as entrepreneurs Adolfo Aranda Vasserot and Sara María Díez Jáuregui, who also serves as the company’s CEO.
According to The Post Fiber’s founding partners, “this operation represents a strategic boost that allows us to consolidate our industrial capacity, expand the impact of the project, and advance our mission of transforming textile waste into high-value-added resources.”
The legal advice to Mango was led by Álvaro Hernández-Puértolas, partner at Net Craman Abogados, a specialist in M&A law and corporate transactions, with the collaboration of the firm’s team of lawyers. Mango’s internal legal department also actively participated in the transaction. The Post Fiber was advised by Xoan López-Corona, partner at the law firm On Tax & Legal.
