Mutualidad de la Abogacía opens new headquarters in Madrid

Grupo Mutualidad de la Abogacía has opened new headquarters in calle Villanueva 11, Madrid, last 15th September. The new offices will be used by Avanza Previsión and Fundación Mutualidad de la Abogacía. Both, the company and the non-profit organisation, belong to Grupo Mutualidad de la Abogacía.

Avanza Previsión is an insurance company which offers pension and savings solutions to individual and corporate clients while Fundación Mutualidad de la Abogacía looks foward to strengthen relations with key stakeholders and develop activities with beneficiaries, “Friends of the Foundation” and other institutional relations.

Mutualidad Abogacía Group has been working for more than two years on various on-site customer care projects, with the aim of generating a positive impact on the environment and an excellent customer and employee experience.

To achieve the sustainability and accessibility aims of the firm, they took into account environmental aspects, such as the efficient management of resources (lighting, water), the use of sustainable materials and furniture, the incorporation of recycling points or the significant reduction in the use of paper to move towards a paperless office; and social aspects, such as the implementation of measures to guarantee total accessibility within the office for people with reduced mobility.

Raúl Casado, CEO of Avanza Previsión, said: “The opening of this office is part of the company’s positioning and growth strategy, and will allow us to have a meeting place with our main stakeholders where they can enjoy a close personal service with the highest quality and professionalism of our teams. Meeting the needs of our professionals has also been one of the objectives of this space, designed so that they can develop their activity in a much more creative and collaborative way”.

Blanca Narváez, CEO of Fundación Mutualidad Abogacía, said: “At Fundación Mutualidad we work on innovative projects and programmes that help mutual members and other beneficiaries to develop as lawyers and entrepreneurs and to be better prepared to face the transition to retirement. I am convinced that this space will become a place of inspiration and teamwork, where we can continue to develop great ideas, through the values of innovation, collaboration, transparency and proximity”.
